Are all the Vault units the same?

Yes. All units are 20’x50’ and identical in layout and features.

You can store any personal collections, but these spaces are strictly for storage only — no businesses are allowed.

No. Living in a Vault is prohibited under the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).

Yes. Vault units grow equity like a home and are considered a real asset. They can be purchased through a 1031 exchange.

To reserve a Vault, you will need to:
Submit a 10% deposit of the purchase price.
Sign a purchase agreement.

Will my Vault have electricity?

Yes. Each unit has its own electric meter, so you only pay for what you use.

Units come with plumbing rough-ins only. This includes connections for a toilet, sink, and either a shower or a drain for washing.

Each Vault is equipped with industrial mini-split systems with two heads.

All Vaults feature remote-operated overhead garage doors. The doors have a row of windows at the top to let natural light inside.

The walls between units have 8 inches of spray foam insulation for both fire protection and noise reduction. However, we cannot guarantee total soundproofing.

Can I add a loft?

Yes, absolutely. You can add a loft after closing.

No. All upgrades and customizations are completed after closing by the buyer and contractors of their choice. We maintain a list of contractors recommended by past buyers, which we are happy to share.

You may purchase multiple adjoining units and remove the partition walls.

Windows are determined during the town’s planning and permitting phase, so we don’t offer customization. However, you can add windows after closing by securing the necessary permits and HOA approval.

No. Each unit is equipped with 100-amp service only.

Are there HOA or membership fees?

Yes. HOA fees are estimated to be $100–$150 per month. CC&Rs also apply.

You are responsible for insuring your personal collections and belongings.

The HOA will manage the overall property, and future services can be added if the HOA decides to include them.

Yes, deposits are refundable prior to ground-breaking at each location.
